Jérôme Vandermarcq (37) joins Abenex as Director.
A graduate of ESSCA and with a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon, Jérôme Vandermarcq began his career in 2002 in mergers and acquisitions in a small and midcaps environment at SODICA, then spent three years in the Acquisition Finance department of Natixis. He then joined Abenex in 2008, where he participated in numerous investment operations for 7 years, including Onduline, Findis and Hild.
After this long experience with management as an investor and shareholder, Jérôme wanted to have a more operational experience and in 2015 joined, as CFO and Business Development Director, DB Concept in Roanne (a custom-made and high-end carpentry fittings group, 100 employees on 4 operating sites).
With this additional experience, Jérôme Vandermarcq is returning to Abenex to open a new office in Lyon and thus enhance Abenex’s presence in the Rhône-Alpes region. Jérôme Vandermarcq has an in-depth knowledge of the region and has carried out several operations there, including RG Safety and Prosol (Grand Frais).
