This distinction awarded by a panel of 5000 people, rewards Buffalo Grill (which placed customer satisfaction at the heart of its strategy) as the leader of the thematic restaurant industry.
Buffalo Grill was indeed the first restaurant chain in Europe to deploy a massive system for measuring customer satisfaction, on the Net Promoter Score® method.
Since 2014, over 2 million customer feedbacks were captured, and based on these daily feedbacks Buffalo Grill’s teams define their actions and priorities. This approach pays off both into the French customer heart, and in the chain’s turnover which clearly attracts more and more customers.
