Abenex is pleased to announce the promotion of two of its employees within Real Estate and Operational teams:
- The Real Estate team, comprising five members led by Vincent Brunswick, provided investments in 11 real estate projects since the launch of its Value-Add strategy in 2019.
- The Operations team, which was set up in 2009 and is a pioneer in France, has seven members, including dedicated Sustainability, Talent Management and IT experts.
Real Estate team
Benjamin Quiviger, Director
Benjamin has been promoted to Director within Abenex’s Real Estate, in charge of asset renovation projects. Benjamin started his career in 2009 at Vinci Construction, working on both development and construction projects. He has notably worked on projects such as the Paris La Défense Arena and the #cloud in Paris. In 2015, he joined the real estate developer Kaufman & Broad, where he spent over seven years developing commercial projects, including the headquarters of CDC Habitat, EFS Nord, and the new headquarters of Kaufman & Broad in La Défense.
Benjamin graduated from INSA Rennes and the master 246 – Real Estate Management from the University Paris Dauphine.

Jérémie Boudon, Principal
Jérémie has been promoted to Principal within the Abenex operational team. Joining Abenex in 2023, he supports portfolio companies in their transformation projects, with a specific focus on IT aspects. Jérémie started his career at IBM, where he contributed to major transformation programs, involving ERP and CRM solutions. Later, he joined Deloitte, where he worked on consulting assignments for CIOs, primarily on strategic planning, IT Carve Out, and Enterprise Architecture. Jérémie worked for clients in diverse industries (B2B retail, defense, public sector, insurance, energy) with various market solutions (ERP, CRM, IT security, ITSM, E-commerce, middleware & data). Jérémie graduated from ESSEC and Telecom ParisTech in Information Systems, and from the University of Montpellier in Management Sciences.
