Anne-Sophie is Talent Management Director at Abenex. Her missions cover both talent management at Abenex, and at the company’s investments.
Anne-Sophie is Franco-Belgian and grew up between Belgium, France, England and Germany. She began her career in 2007 as a child psychologist, before moving into corporate human resources. She joined Whitehead Mann, then Korn Ferry in the Healthcare team, contributing to executive recruitment assignments. She then moved to Korn Ferry’s consulting business, specializing in talent management, assessment and leadership development. In 2019, she joined Pernod Ricard as Group Talent Development Manager, in charge of talent management programs for the Group’s executives and top potentials. She is also in charge of leading and improving processes and tools linked to individual development.
