Aerow, a leading provider of consulting and integration solutions for Intelligent Information Management (IIM) solutions for large corporations and mid-sized companies, announces the simultaneous acquisitions of Abalon and bizKor, which follow the previous acquisition of Adikts earlier this year. These complementary acquisitions provide the Group with a robust position on the Microsoft and Salesforce integration segments, reinforcing its role as a multi-expert partner for businesses’ digital transformation.
Abalon has a notable expertise in Microsoft solutions, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 while BizKor’s offer focuses on integrating Salesforce solutions.
The simultaneous acquisition of these two companies significantly strengthens and expands Aerow’s cloud services offering, while consolidating its position on the Microsoft solutions integration market with complementary expertise for its customers. Furthermore, the acquisition of Abalon will enable the Group to reinforce its international presence in Canada and Switzerland, opening up new opportunities in strategic growth markets. These three acquisitions form part of the buy-and-build strategy initiated following Abenex’s acquisition of a stake in Aerow. The group now employs 300 specialist consultants in five countries.
Vincent Paulet, CEO of Aerow “We are pleased to announce two new strategic acquisitions, with Abenex’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Group’s growth. These acquisitions align perfectly with our ambitious external growth strategy, which aims to enhance our business capabilities and extend our network of experts to better serve all our customers. By significantly broadening our platform’s expertise, we are opening up a range of promising opportunities for the Group and its employees.”
Nathalie and Patrick Guimonet, founders of Abalon “After a period of rapid growth, we wanted to partner our company with a well-established player in the market that also has a strong specialist positioning and shares the same values. This will help us to maintain a peaceful and ambitious working environment for our employees.”
Julien Wagner, founder and CEO of bizKor: ‘This partnership with Aerow is fully aligned with our ongoing strategy for growth and development. It will enable us to maintain our dynamic expansion while providing us with the resources we need to achieve our ambitious goals.”
