AC Environnement, leader in real estate diagnostics in France, is accelerating its growth strategy and has signed the acquisition of ASE (Alliance Sud Expertises) and the creation of its franchise network. With this new network, it reinforces its position as leader in all the real estate diagnostic markets and its territorial coverage for the benefit of its customers.
AC Environnement will benefit from on ASE’s premium network, voted best network in 2017, and on more than 30 experienced franchisees.
The group is also strengthening its position in the training market thanks to this acquisition. In particular, ASE provides in particular a technical building diagnostician training course recognised RNCP level III (National Directory of Professional Certification). This know-how is a decisive asset in meeting market demand for compliance with SS4 regulations, which require companies to train and protect their employees working on sites exposed to asbestos risk.
