Abenex REIM announces the acquisition of a real estate building in Neuilly-sur-Seine

Abenex REIM announces the acquisition of an office building in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Located at 173 Avenue Achille Peretti, the property consists of over 1,200 m² of office space and 36 underground parking slots. This prime location, in the close vicinity of Neuilly-sur-Seine’s town hall, benefits from excellent public transport access, with the Pont de Neuilly metro station (Line 1) less than 300 meters away.

 

Fully leased since 2010 by a French based management consultancy firm, the building, originally constructed in the 1970s, will undergo a renovation program – in collaboration with the tenant – to improve its energy performance criteria.

 

This acquisition, carried out through a dedicated vehicle subscribed by institutional and private investors (Etoile du Nord Promotion, Val de France Immo, Inco Investissement…), expands the existing Abenex REIM’s value-add real estate portfolio to bring their total assets management to over €180 million.
