Abenex acquires the Aerow Group

Aerow acquires Adikts

Aerow, ESN leader in Enterprise Content Management announces the acquisition of Adikts, a consulting firm specializing in Public Cloud and DevOps, Security, as well as Web and Data development companies.

Founded in 2018, Adikts, supports its customers in their information systems migration’s projects to the AWS cloud, by designing cloud architectures, refactoring applications and developing native cloud applications.

The company, recognized for its significant technical know-how in AWS Cloud Building, DevOps & DevSecOps, as well as in Web & Data Coding.

 

This acquisition is the first add-on acquisition since Abenex became shareholder of Aerow in February 2020. This strategic partnership extends Aerow’s services coverage, enabling it to support its customers and partners in realizing their Move to Cloud strategies.

 

This merger is a next step to consolidate newly formed group market position and its ambition to become a leader in the Enterprise Information Management and Cloud Services markets.
