Abenex strengthens its Mid-Cap investment team with three additional recruitments

Marie-Raphaëlle de Wissocq joined Abenex as a Manager in the Mid-Cap team. Marie-Raphaëlle began her career at EY in 2013 as an auditor for large corporate clients. In 2015, she joined the Transaction Services team of Eight Advisory where, for over six years, she worked on various due diligence assignments in the context of Mid and Large Cap transactions, advising investment funds and French and international companies with a focus on TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification), software, distribution and industry. Marie-Raphaëlle graduated from EM Lyon Business School.

 

Margaux Lamothe joined Abenex’s Mid-Cap team as an Associate. She began her career in mergers and acquisitions consulting in 2014 at Lincoln International in Paris. In 2018, she joined their London office where she was part of the team focused on the professional and tech-enabled service sectors. During her seven-year tenure at Lincoln, Margaux has supported numerous executives and financial investors in the context of sale and acquisition transactions. Margaux graduated from Paris Dauphine University.

Nico Scheiner further strengthens Abenex’s Mid-Cap team, joining as an Associate. Originally from Germany, Nico started his career in London at Bloomberg in the Analytics & Sales department. Nico then began his career in investment banking at Fox Corporate Finance in Munich, before joining CASE Corporate Finance in Paris in 2017, where he worked with industrial and financial clients in diverse sectors including healthcare services or environment. Nico worked with Abenex on its acquisition of a majority stake in Point Vision in 2019 as well as on the disposal of the company in 2021. Nico graduated from TBS Education and from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Business Administration
