Abenex REIM announces the acquisition of a real estate building in Neuilly-sur-Seine

Abenex REIM announces the acquisition of an office building in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Located at 173 Avenue Achille Peretti, the property consists of over 1,200 m² of office space and 36 underground parking slots. This prime location, in the close vicinity of Neuilly-sur-Seine’s town hall, benefits from excellent public transport access, with the Pont de Neuilly metro station (Line 1) less than 300 meters away.

Fully leased since 2010 by a French based management consultancy firm, the building, originally constructed in the 1970s, will undergo a renovation program – in collaboration with the tenant – to improve its energy performance criteria.

This acquisition, carried out through a dedicated vehicle subscribed by institutional and private investors (Etoile du Nord Promotion, Val de France Immo, Inco Investissement…), expands the existing Abenex REIM’s value-add real estate portfolio to bring their total assets management to over €180 million.

“In an opportunistic market environment, this acquisition demonstrates our ability to source attractive investments for our investors and partners who share our vision and convictions regarding the resilience of the prime office market in Neuilly-sur-Seine,” comments Vincent Brunswick, Partner at Abenex, in charge of real estate.
