Onduline develops and manufactures light roofing and sub-roofing system solutions. It offers flexible and resistant solutions to protect buildings and preserve the comfort of residents. At the time of Abenex’s detention period, the company operated 11 factories located across nine countries and distributed its products in all five continents, with a presence in over 100 countries through more than 40 subsidiaries. Onduline generated more than two thirds of its turnover within growing and emerging markets.
