Abenex reinforces its support functions in Finance, Legal and Investor Relations to bolster the growth of its platform

Caroline Morel, 31 years old, joined Abenex as Financial Controller within the Finance Team. Caroline began her professional career at Deloitte where she spent three years as an auditor. She then joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as Financial Control Manager of the “Offices, Hotels & Mixed-Use Projects Management” division, where she was in charge of reporting, budget and valuations for four years. Caroline gratuated from the EM Lyon Business School.

Yana Guitton, 26 years-old, joins Abenex’s Legal department, as an in-house legal associate. Yana passed the Paris bar. Franco-Canadian born in Singapore, she worked in the Corporate departments (Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity) of several law firms in Singapore (Ashurst, ADTLaw) and in Paris (Paulhan & Associés), as well as in the legal department of Mersen (formerly called Carbone Lorraine). Yana graduated from the Paris Bar Association Legal Training Center (Admited to the Paris Bar), University of Kent with an L.L.M in International Commercial Law as well as Masters in International Law from the University of Bordeaux.

Antoine Mellon, 32 years-old, joined Abenex as Investor Relations. Antoine began his career in 2011, at Access Capital Partners, in the Investor Relations and Marketing team. In 2016, Antoine joined Coller Capital, in London, and was most recently a Senior Manager in the Marketing department. He was focusing on the production of marketing collateral, contributing to the funds’ capital raising as well as marketing positioning and communication strategy. Antoine graduated from Royal Holloway College, University of London and Sciences Po Paris.
